Senior Full Stack Engineer, AI-first SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver complete full-stack features from start to finish utilizing React, TypeScript, and Node.js.

• Create intuitive, high-performance, and scalable frontend experiences for a sophisticated B2B SaaS product.

• Implement backend services, APIs, business logic, and incorporate third-party integrations.

• Design and integrate AI-driven product features.

• Engage in system design and architectural decision-making processes.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or similar in your daily workflow.

• Review, debug, test, and enhance AI-generated code while retaining responsibility for implementation.

• Oversee CI/CD and DevOps elements of features.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to specify requirements and technical solutions.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and work in collaboration with a globally distributed team.

• Clearly and confidently communicate technical decisions in English.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional software development experience.

• Strong expertise in Node.js and React.

• Comprehensive knowledge of TypeScript.

• Experience in building and integrating REST APIs.

• Strong full-stack skills across both frontend and backend.

• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI-powered features in a production setting.

• Practical experience utilizing AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.

• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, testing, debugging, and code quality assurance.

• Familiarity with cloud environments and CI/CD practices.

• Knowledge of scalable and distributed systems.

• Proficient in English (C1 or higher), with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience in a product or SaaS-based environment.

• Nice to have: background in Python.

• Nice to have: experience with AWS or another major cloud provider.

• Nice to have: familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices.

• Nice to have: experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI/agent frameworks.

• Nice to have: experience in building high-scale SaaS products with intricate, polished user interfaces.

• Nice to have: knowledge in security, compliance, GRC, or developer tools.

• Nice to have: experience in taking ownership of the frontend within a full-stack team.

• Nice to have: experience with automated testing and quality assurance practices.
