This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of Tier 3 bugs and technical challenges that necessitate development expertise.
• Create fixes for Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Develop and sustain second-generation unlocked packages.
• Construct and uphold Salesforce solutions encompassing Apex, LWC, automation, and managed package architecture.
• Manage and enhance C#/.NET aggregator and integration services that sync Salesforce with external systems.
• Oversee Azure Blob Storage integrations, Azure-hosted APIs, and the associated cloud infrastructure.
• Assess whether issues require fixes related to Salesforce configuration, code, or integration.
• Provide support for legacy first-generation managed packages and modern second-generation unlocked packages, including migrations.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Salesforce Admin teams on escalated cases and Tier 2/Tier 3 processes.
• Work together with Sales and Solutions to address customer requirements, technical feasibility, and proposed solutions.
• Participate in custom, client-facing projects alongside the Customer Experience team.
• Report to the Chief Architect through the Development organization and collaborate closely with the HandsOn Connect team.
• Demonstrated professional experience in developing with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Proficient in debugging and maintaining current Salesforce code.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce flows, custom objects and fields, page layouts, permission sets, and automation.
• Professional background in building, maintaining, or supporting C#/.NET applications or services.
• Familiarity with Azure and cloud infrastructure, especially Blob Storage, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce managed package architecture, including 1GP, 2GP/unlocked packages, or migrations between them.
• Capable of independently diagnosing configuration issues, code-level bugs, integration failures, and other technical challenges.
• Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical colleagues and occasionally interacting with clients.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I, or Platform Developer II are advantageous.
• Background in nonprofit, volunteer management, or other vertical SaaS platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with Jira-based development workflows and SLA-driven support environments is a plus.
• Experience in a smaller Salesforce or .NET/Azure development setting with broad ownership across the stack is a plus.
• Previous consulting, sales engineering, or similar customer-facing experience is a plus.
