Senior Full-Stack Developer, React, Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain customer CRM integrations.

• Assist customers with their current codebase, fix bugs, and develop new features that are compatible with existing CRM CTI APIs.

• Play a role in an agile team that delivers a scalable and highly available global voice platform.

• Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering Leaders, and Test Engineers.

• Implement best practices for performance, scalability, and reliability throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Diagnose, maintain, and support the production environment in line with DevOps principles.

• Design, create, debug, and deploy software solutions using JavaScript, Java, Spring, and associated technologies.

• Build and uphold comprehensive unit and functional test coverage.

• Generate technical documentation and engage with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in frontend development (JavaScript, TypeScript, React).

• More than 3 years of experience in Java backend development.

• Extensive knowledge of Spring frameworks.

• Practical experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performing microservices that provide REST APIs.

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks.

• Experience with cloud platforms like GCP (preferred), AWS, or Azure.

• Knowledge of server-side technologies and SQL or NoSQL databases.

• Experience tackling complex problems that span multiple products and systems.

• Proven experience working within an Agile/Scrum team.

• Familiarity with real-time communication technologies such as SIP and RTP (a plus).
