Senior Full-Stack Developer, Node.js, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain comprehensive features for backend systems utilizing Node.js and NestJS, as well as frontend systems using React and MUI.

• Create event-driven services utilizing Kafka.

• Design PostgreSQL data structures for financial transactions.

• Integrate with payment service providers and blockchain infrastructure, covering areas such as tokenization, smart contracts, and transaction processes.

• Contribute to infrastructure development using AWS, Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes.

• Aid in monitoring activities through Datadog.

• Analyze project requirements, suggest solutions, and provide estimates for implementation.

• Write tests, engage in code reviews, and assist in production support.

• Work collaboratively with product, QA, and DevOps teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a FullStack Developer.

• Experience with fintech projects or integrating payment systems.

• Proficient in Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.

• Strong understanding of React, React Query, Valtio, and MUI.

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and TypeORM or alternative ORM solutions.

• Significant experience with message brokers, particularly Kafka.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

• Knowledge of infrastructure tools, including Terraform and Helm charts.

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog.

• Practical experience with AWS services like S3, SES, and RDS.

• Understanding of software development processes, including testing, code review, debugging, estimation, and production support.

• Capability to independently analyze requirements and devise solutions.

• General knowledge of blockchain technology, including tokenization, smart contracts, and blockchain transactions.

• Familiarity with design patterns and algorithms.
