Senior Full-Stack Developer, .NET, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain high-quality software utilizing .NET Core and ReactJS.

• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code adhering to best practices.

• Ensure applications' performance, quality, and responsiveness.

• Perform code reviews and offer constructive feedback.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems.

• Lead by example through active participation in coding and resolving technical challenges.

• Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills and performance.

• Foster technical innovation and advocate for best practices within the team.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure successful project execution.

• Engage in all stages of the development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with business objectives and compliance standards.

• Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

• Suggest and implement effective solutions to complex technical challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development with an emphasis on .NET Core.

• Extensive background in ReactJS and front-end development.

• Proficient in .NET Core and C#.

• Strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.

• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
