Senior Full Stack Developer – Laravel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the current custom ERP codebase by gaining a thorough understanding of its architecture, workflows, and business logic.

• Review, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Laravel applications.

• Develop and implement new features in accordance with business requirements.

• Collaborate across both backend and frontend components.

• Manage databases, APIs, and integrations with third-party services.

• Investigate bugs, identify their root causes, and apply effective solutions.

• Enhance code reliability, performance, and maintainability.

• Assist in the transition and documentation process from the outgoing developer.

• Support workflows encompassing order intake, artwork processing, customer approvals, printing, production, and dispatch.

• Articulate technical issues and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

• Suggest system enhancements and prioritize development tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of professional full stack development experience.

• Strong practical experience with PHP and Laravel.

• Familiarity with working on an existing codebase.

• Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and third-party integrations.

• Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to comprehend business processes and convert them into actionable technical solutions.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Experience in ERP, e-commerce, manufacturing, order management, or related systems is highly advantageous.

• Availability to align with Australian business hours, approximately 9 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday.

• Must disclose any current ongoing roles or client engagements.
