Senior Full-Stack Developer – Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the Retention team within the Growth vertical, developing solutions and initiatives aimed at enhancing user experience while fostering customer retention and growth.

• Collaborate effectively and remotely with technology, product, and marketing teams.

• Create server-side and front-end logic for A/B testing, feature flags, and conversion optimization experiments.

• Integrate the platform with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), payment gateways (Stripe), and marketing automation and analytics tools (Segment, Mixpanel).

• Monitor Core Web Vitals to ensure optimal loading speeds and implement technical SEO best practices.

• Write clean and semantic code that is supported by automated testing.

• Maintain a secure and resilient architecture capable of managing traffic surges.

• Work alongside the data team to segment users and configure the front end to gather interaction metrics (GA4, Mixpanel).

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in developing highly available web applications.

• Advanced skills in Ruby on Rails and creating robust RESTful APIs.

• Proficient in Vue.js or Nuxt.js, TypeScript, semantic HTML5, and CSS3 (Tailwind CSS).

• Familiarity with microservices and messaging systems (Sidekiq, SQS, Kafka).

• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and experience with non-relational databases like DynamoDB.

• Practical experience with third-party APIs (payments, marketing, and sales).

• Experience in automated testing (RSpec for back end; Jest/Cypress for front end).

• Familiarity with Docker and cloud environments (AWS).

• A data-driven approach and a solid understanding of metrics such as conversion rate, CAC, and activation.

• Nice to have: familiarity with Golang.

• Nice to have: prior experience on Growth teams or with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.

• Nice to have: experience in managing subscriptions and billing (Stripe Billing, Chargebee).

• Nice to have: capability to document and communicate technical solutions using C4 diagrams, event diagrams, and sequence diagrams.

• Nice to have: understanding of data pipelines and ETL tools.

• Nice to have: knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
