Senior Full-Stack Developer – Frontend Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Shape the user experience and motivate users on Rausgegangen.

• Create search functionalities, personalized recommendations, and design event and page displays.

• Ensure high standards of content quality.

• Improve internal tools for planning and publishing feed content and blog articles.

• Develop high-quality, accessible front-end interfaces.

• Design and implement necessary APIs and backend functionalities.

• Further enhance existing systems.

• Collaborate with the tech team and designers to bring Figma or Claude designs to life.

• Support features throughout the entire development lifecycle.

• Direct coding agents and take ownership of generated code.

• Conduct comprehensive code reviews.

• Contribute innovative feature ideas to enhance the user experience.

• Work with the technology stack including Django/Python, React/React Native, HTML/Tailwind CSS, GitHub, and PostgreSQL.

• Several years of practical experience in full-stack development.

• Strong emphasis on front-end web development.

• Understanding of the interaction between front-end systems, APIs, databases, and back-end systems.

• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance software development and quality assurance processes.

• Willingness to actively contribute to shaping agentic workflows.

• Ideally, experience with personalized recommendation algorithms, search technologies, or embeddings—or a readiness to learn.

• Proficient in using Git.

• Responsible, dependable, and self-motivated work ethic.

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, particularly regarding technical subjects.

• Enthusiasm for advancing new technologies.
