Senior Full-Stack Developer – Front End oriented

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain customer CRM integrations.

• Assist customers with their current codebase.

• Identify and fix bugs while introducing new features for compatibility with the latest CRM CTI APIs.

• Engage with an agile team to deliver a scalable and highly available global voice platform.

• Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering Leaders, and Test Engineers.

• Implement best practices for performance, scalability, and reliability throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and support the production environment in line with DevOps principles.

• Design, develop, debug, and implement software solutions utilizing JavaScript, Java, Spring, and related technologies.

• Establish and uphold comprehensive unit and functional test coverage.

• Generate technical documentation and maintain communication with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of professional experience in frontend development using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.

• More than 3 years of experience in Java backend development.

• Extensive knowledge of Spring frameworks.

• Experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performing microservices that provide REST APIs.

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and contemporary front-end frameworks.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.

• Expertise in server-side technologies and SQL or NoSQL databases.

• Proven experience in resolving complex issues across multiple products and systems.

• Background in working within an Agile/Scrum team environment.

• Knowledge of real-time communication protocols such as SIP and RTP is a plus.
