Senior Full-Stack Developer – Front End oriented

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain customer CRM integrations.

• Assist customers with their current codebase.

• Identify and fix bugs while adding new features to ensure compatibility with the latest CRM CTI APIs.

• Play a key role in an agile team that delivers a scalable and highly available global voice platform.

• Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering Leaders, and Test Engineers.

• Implement best practices for performance, scalability, and reliability throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and support the production environment following DevOps principles.

• Design, develop, debug, and implement software solutions utilizing JavaScript, Java, Spring, and related technologies.

• Produce thorough unit and functional test coverage.

• Generate clear technical documentation and engage with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of professional experience in frontend development (JavaScript, TypeScript, React).

• More than 3 years of experience in Java backend development.

• Extensive knowledge of Spring frameworks.

• Practical experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance microservices that provide REST APIs.

• Proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML and CSS.

• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.

• Expertise in server-side technologies and databases, both SQL and NoSQL.

• Background in addressing complex issues that span multiple products and systems.

• Experience collaborating within an Agile/Scrum team environment.

• Knowledge of real-time communications like SIP and RTP is a plus.
