This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina, +1 more state.
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain full stack applications utilizing contemporary front-end and back-end technologies.
• Create APIs, user interfaces, business logic, and data access components that support platform workflows and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with product, design, and architecture stakeholders to convert requirements into effective software solutions.
• Engage in design reviews, code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and support activities during releases.
• Optimize applications for improved performance, usability, accessibility, security, and maintainability.
• Construct and manage integrations with internal services, external systems, and shared platform functionalities.
• Assist in defect resolution, production support, and continuous enhancement throughout the application lifecycle.
• Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, and reusable development methodologies.
• Operate within Agile delivery frameworks and collaborate with QA and DevSecOps teams to ensure readiness for release.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in team knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, encompassing front-end, back-end, and database work.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML, CSS, and responsive web development.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and enterprise-level application development.
• In-depth understanding of SQL, relational databases, and application data modeling.
• Familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and contemporary software development practices.
• Capability to troubleshoot issues across UI, service, and data layers.
• Strong knowledge of secure coding practices, web development best practices, and software quality principles.
• Experience collaborating in Agile teams and taking part in estimation, refinement, and review processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Eligibility to obtain a Government clearance.
• Candidates must reside within the continental US.
• Selected candidates will need to complete fingerprinting at a government facility and undergo a background check.
