📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of the Proof platform.

• Develop backend systems utilizing Go (Golang), encompassing APIs, database management, and core backend infrastructure.

• Create user interfaces using React and TypeScript.

• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and security risks throughout the stack.

• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver features and enhancements within an agile framework.

• Conduct code reviews, adhere to best practices, and promote technical excellence.

• Offer mentorship and support to junior developers as needed.

• Recognize platform enhancements and adopt new technologies and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must currently reside in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.

• A minimum of 5 years of full-stack development experience.

• Demonstrated experience with Go (Golang) or other contemporary programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, C#) in production settings.

• Experience in designing and implementing robust APIs and backend systems.

• Strong understanding of frontend development using React and TypeScript.

• Proven experience in building responsive, high-performance web applications.

• Familiarity with database management (SQL/NoSQL) and integrating databases with backend systems.

• In-depth knowledge of RESTful services.

• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, including debugging, optimization, and refactoring of complex systems.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in remote teams and an agile setting.

• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

• Familiarity with agentic coding.
