Senior Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assess and analyze the current architecture of the partner's existing web platform.

• Refactor and strengthen the codebase to facilitate rapid and reliable iterations.

• Collaborate with the product lead to develop new features from start to finish, prioritizing user experience and engagement.

• Implement streamlined technical processes, including code reviews, deployments, and documentation.

• Work closely with a technical product manager and design lead within a dynamic startup environment.

• Expand into mobile development as the product roadmap progresses.

• Partner with clients to co-create products and take direct ownership of outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient conversational English, as all collaboration is conducted in English.

• Extensive full-stack engineering experience with modern web technologies, encompassing both frontend and backend.

• Proven track record as a builder: delivering quickly with just the right amount of architecture, avoiding over-engineering.

• Ability to engage directly with founders and non-technical stakeholders, translating product visions into functional software.

• Experience in refactoring or reinforcing an existing early-stage codebase.

• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or PostHog.

• Proficient in using AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code as part of daily operations.

• Excellent communication skills, comfortable with asking clarifying questions and identifying blockers early on.

• Mobile development experience is a plus.

• Previous experience in building consumer-facing (B2C) products with high user engagement is a plus.

• Experience working in a 0-to-1 startup environment is a plus.
