Senior Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable, secure, and high-performing backend services utilizing Java and Scala.

• Create and enhance GraphQL APIs, RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems that support business-critical workflows.

• Architect and develop high-performance frontend services with Angular 19, TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx.

• Construct microservices that interact within clusters through GraphQL and RESTful APIs/OpenAPI.

• Design, develop, and manage Keycloak IAM integrations to ensure secure authentication and authorization.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and code reviews.

• Promote observability, reliability, automation, and operational excellence, which includes monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Engage in architecture discussions, technical design evaluations, and engineering best-practice initiatives.

• Provide support for production systems through on-call participation, incident management, and ongoing service improvements.

• Mentor and assist engineers via code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.

• Contribute to Everbridge's Public Warning platform, aiding customers in safeguarding lives and enhancing emergency operations.

• Collaborate with various Scrum teams within a cross-functional Agile environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of professional software engineering experience in developing enterprise-grade applications.

• Strong proficiency in Java and Scala development.

• Extensive experience in frontend development using Angular 19, TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx.

• Proven experience in designing and constructing on-premise systems utilizing Angular, GraphQL APIs, RESTful APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and associated container orchestration technologies.

• Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance, reliability, and secure software design principles.

• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and contemporary DevOps practices.

• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, Kiro, or similar platforms.

• Ability to critically assess, validate, and enhance AI-generated code while upholding quality, security, and maintainability standards.

• Eagerness to continually learn and implement emerging AI-assisted development methodologies.

• Exceptional problem-solving, debugging, and analytical capabilities.

• Experience with observability, monitoring, and production support methodologies.

• Capacity to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Background in large code-base products or enterprise-grade software.
