Senior Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain back-end applications utilizing Java and PHP.

• Develop responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces using VueJS, adhering to UI/UX best practices.

• Construct and integrate secure, scalable REST APIs.

• Create automated unit and integration tests.

• Collaborate in analyzing usage data to pinpoint opportunities for performance and stability enhancements.

• Engage in the development of technical solutions alongside the Product and Design teams.

• Investigate and recommend technical and technological advancements for the team.

• Foster a culture of quality, security, and best practices in development, including CI/CD, version control, and Clean Code principles.

• Work on full-stack projects emphasizing quality, performance, and scalability.

• Actively engage in technical decisions impacting digital products.

• Collaborate with a diverse team, including Product, Design, and QA.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related discipline, such as Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field.

• Significant experience in developing with Java and PHP.

• Proficient in front-end development with VueJS.

• Strong skills in PostgreSQL and relational data modeling.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git version control, and the full development lifecycle (CI/CD).

• Understanding of distributed applications, pub/sub, client-server architecture, and transaction processing.

• Experience with automated testing, including unit and integration tests.

• Knowledge of Elasticsearch, MongoDB, or comparable technologies.

• Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, or similar.

• Solid understanding of monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.

• Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and SASS is advantageous.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

• Familiarity with Clean Code and Clean Architecture is a bonus.

• Understanding of text analysis and Full-Text Search is a plus.

• Knowledge of public procurement processes and public-sector business is a plus.

• Strong soft skills including assertive communication, empathy, ownership, and negotiation abilities are a plus.
