Senior Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Conceive, create, and sustain scalable full-stack applications across both backend and front-end layers.

• Develop and manage backend services utilizing Python or C# with current frameworks and libraries.

• Create responsive and user-friendly front-end applications leveraging React.js.

• Design and execute asynchronous processes, messaging patterns, and event-driven workflows.

• Integrate various services and systems through APIs, messaging platforms, and other integration methods.

• Engage with existing codebases and libraries, especially within C#/.NET environments, contributing to their enhancement and modernization.

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to transform requirements into technical solutions.

• Take part in architectural discussions and decisions regarding scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability.

• Produce clean, well-tested, and maintainable code adhering to software engineering best practices.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across both backend and front-end components.

• Engage in code reviews and assist in establishing engineering standards and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive backend development expertise with Python or C#/.NET.

• Proficient in developing front-end applications using React.js.

• Practical experience with asynchronous programming, messaging systems, or event-driven architectures.

• Familiarity with Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or comparable platforms.

• Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS.

• Strong grasp of REST APIs and service-to-service integrations.

• Experience working with established libraries, frameworks, and enterprise-level codebases.

• Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and object-oriented programming.

• Familiarity with automated testing and software development best practices.

• Capability to troubleshoot intricate technical issues and work autonomously.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Significant experience with C#/.NET and existing .NET libraries.

• Experience with event-driven or distributed systems.

• Knowledge of CI/CD and modern DevOps methodologies.

• Experience in Agile software development environments.

• Advanced English proficiency required for effective communication with global teams.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, featuring strong full-stack development capabilities.
