Senior Frontend Software Engineer – SysAdmin, Internal Ops Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Design and scale the internal SysAdmin console, administrative APIs, and Go-based command-line interface plugins.

• Implement fine-grained permissions, enforce staff single sign-on (SSO), utilize scoped service tokens, establish guardrails, and ensure immutable audit logging.

• Create unified integrations encompassing Salesforce, Pylon, billing platforms, and feature flags.

• Present a comprehensive view of customer states in a single interface.

• Collaborate with Support, Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), Sales Operations, and other internal stakeholders.

• Reduce operational burdens and optimize crisis response workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in full-stack software engineering.

• Proven track record in developing back-office tools, admin consoles, or internal developer platforms.

• Proficient in TypeScript/Node.js and React for creating data-intensive user interfaces.

• Experience or a willingness to use Go for command-line interface tooling.

• In-depth knowledge of internal authorization, staff access policies, rate-limiting, and audit trail design.

• Experience in connecting external APIs, managing authentication contracts, addressing rate limits, and ensuring data accuracy.
