Senior Frontend Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and build a robust and scalable frontend platform, ensuring seamless integration with associated systems and services.

• Spearhead the creation and execution of a consistent and reusable component library, enhancing the efficiency and maintainability of web interfaces.

• Work collaboratively with backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to ensure frontend development is in line with the overall product strategy.

• Optimize the platform for performance, ensuring quick loading times and a smooth user experience across various devices and browsers.

• Conduct regular reviews and updates of the frontend architecture to stay aligned with emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Develop and enhance essential features for web applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• More than 5 years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3 years focused on React.

• Profound understanding of React principles, including but not limited to hooks, context, and component lifecycle.

• Experience in implementing and maintaining state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Jotai).

• Strong expertise in web performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-platform compatibility.

• Experience in applying caching strategies or asynchronous state management for applications with high data loads.

• Background in developing applications for managing complex workflows, such as ERPs.

• Proficiency in React testing frameworks such as Jest/Vitest.

• Bonus: Experience in creating offline or desktop applications using Electron/Tauri.

• Bonus: Familiarity with data processing utilizing Web Workers.

• Bonus: Knowledge of modern frontend build tools and pipelines (Vite, pnpm, Rollup, Turborepo).
