Senior Frontend Engineer – aiR Assist Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable, efficient, and maintainable frontend infrastructure utilizing React 19, TypeScript, PrimeReact, and internal design systems.

• Enhance the micro-frontend strategy by delivering web-component-based applications and enabling frontend composition across Relativity tenants.

• Advance the shared context registry and postMessage-based communication methods for AI context sharing within chat experiences.

• Promote frontend modularization through well-defined module boundaries, shared libraries, code-splitting, and Nx monorepo practices.

• Create responsive, accessible, cross-platform user interfaces.

• Collaborate with UX, product management, and backend engineering teams to provide seamless experiences integrated with OpenAPI clients and AI services.

• Establish and advocate for engineering standards concerning testing, accessibility, performance, maintainability, and frontend quality.

• Oversee automated testing utilizing Vitest, Playwright, visual regression testing, and Storybook-driven component development.

• Enhance frontend CI/CD processes through progressive CDN delivery, automated quality gates, conventional commit versioning, and component lifecycle management.

• Mentor engineers and offer technical leadership on frontend platform initiatives.

• Investigate and incorporate AI-driven improvements into internal tools and platform experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of professional frontend development experience in building large-scale web applications or enterprise platforms.

• Advanced expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and the contemporary React ecosystem, including hooks and concurrent patterns.

• Experience in designing reusable UI infrastructure, shared libraries, and maintainable abstractions.

• Strong background in modular architecture, code-splitting, lazy loading, and micro-frontends.

• Familiarity with component libraries such as PrimeReact, Material UI, or similar frameworks.

• Excellent skills in responsive web design, semantic HTML, modern CSS, and cross-device layouts.

• Experience in integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services along with asynchronous data patterns.

• Knowledge of React Query and Zustand.

• Proficiency with Vite, Webpack, Nx, or Turborepo.

• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization, browser compatibility, and WCAG accessibility standards.

• Practical experience with automated testing using Vitest, Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.

• Preferred: experience with frontend infrastructure in Microsoft Azure.

• Preferred: familiarity with design systems or shared enterprise component libraries.

• Preferred: knowledge of module federation and runtime composition.

• Preferred: understanding of .NET or Node.js.

• Preferred: experience with AI-enhanced frontend solutions, chat interfaces, streaming responses, agentic context systems, or intelligent UI experiences.

• Preferred: exposure to AI/ML-assisted UI/UX, personalization, or generative interaction patterns.
