Senior Frontend Engineer, AI Observability – Evals Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create innovative user-facing features for LangSmith, the enterprise platform by LangChain focused on LLM application observability, testing, and debugging.

• Develop reusable components and front-end libraries for future applications.

• Convert designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

• Enhance components for optimal performance across various web-enabled devices and browsers.

• Work collaboratively with fullstack and backend developers, as well as UX/UI designers, to improve usability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in front-end engineering.

• Excellent skills in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Practical experience with Babel, Vite, Webpack, NPM, and Yarn.

• Knowledge of REST APIs.

• Experience collaborating closely with fullstack and backend engineers.

• Understanding of modern authorization methods, including JWTs.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to articulate technical concepts clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

• An ownership mentality and self-motivation.

• Strong foundational knowledge in computer science.

• A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory.
