Product Engineer – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and deliver full-stack features for both new and existing AI-driven products.

• Collaborate with clients and product teams to identify requirements and devise effective solutions.

• Lead the technical design of intricate system components and make decisions regarding scalable architecture.

• Utilize AI tools like Claude Code on a daily basis while ensuring superior engineering standards.

• Strike a balance between speed and the security, reliability, and data protection needs of enterprise clients.

• Enhance engineering practices through code reviews and the sharing of knowledge.

• Take ownership of issues from inception to completion, including understanding client requirements, system design, and delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional software engineering experience at an upper mid-level to senior level.

• Full-stack expertise with a readiness to tackle any challenges that arise.

• Proficient in TypeScript.

• Familiarity with backend programming languages such as Java or C#.

• Experience in system design, ideally serving as the primary architect for a complex system.

• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code.

• Proven track record of identifying client needs and translating them into well-crafted solutions.

• Experience taking ownership of problems from start to finish.

• Understanding of the requirements of enterprise clients.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Experience in developing LLM-powered features in a production environment (preferred).

• Background in creating software for enterprise clients, particularly in regulated sectors (preferred).
