Senior Front End Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Offer technical guidance for front-end and mobile engineering initiatives

• Oversee teams and perform code evaluations

• Coach engineers and ensure technical accountability

• Coordinate with stakeholders

• Propel release management

• Assist in debugging, performance enhancements, root cause investigations, and addressing production challenges

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of comprehensive software development experience

• Proficient hands-on experience in React Native and mobile engineering

• Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Redux, and React Navigation

• Experience in native Android integration utilizing Java/Kotlin

• Experience in native iOS integration with Swift/Objective-C

• Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, OAuth, and JWT

• Experience with Azure DevOps/Jenkins and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)

• Knowledge of Firebase, Crashlytics, AppsFlyer, push notifications, and deep linking

• Understanding of mobile security principles, including OWASP, SSL/certificate pinning, and secure storage

• Robust experience in debugging, performance optimization, root cause analysis, and production support

• Background as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or Senior Mobile Engineer

• Experience in team leadership, conducting code reviews, mentoring, technical ownership, stakeholder engagement, and release management

• Extensive background in Banking, FinTech, or Digital Banking sectors

• Experience preferably encompassing customer onboarding, KYC/eKYC, payment transfers, card services, mobile banking, OCR/document verification, facial recognition/liveness detection, and biometric authentication
