Senior Frontend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain product features from initial requirement refinement to final production release.

• Take ownership of specific areas within the existing Angular codebase by comprehending, stabilizing, and enhancing them.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.

• Engage in code reviews and create unit tests using Vitest.

• Generate concise design documentation.

• Contribute to the frontend architecture, performance enhancements, framework upgrades, NX monorepo structure, and CI/CD improvements.

• Develop frontend experiences for AI-powered clinical and administrative applications.

• Incorporate AI tools into the development workflow.

• Enhance engineering processes and tools across the community.

• Collaborate within a small, cross-functional product team.

• Create patient-facing applications and internal tools for healthcare professionals and administrators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of commercial experience with Angular, preferably the latest versions.

• Proven experience managing a product from start to finish, including analyzing metrics to assess its effectiveness.

• Strong judgment in product development and user experience.

• Proficiency in modern Angular concepts such as standalone components, signals, current change detection, and dependency injection patterns.

• Advanced experience with RxJS and TypeScript in real-world production scenarios.

• Expertise in designing and implementing complex Angular application architectures at scale.

• Practical experience with unit testing; preference for Vitest, with Jest being acceptable.

• Hands-on experience with agentic AI development and frequent use of coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.

• Ability to create effective skills, prompts, and instructions for coding agents.

• Understanding of agent principles, including context, tools, and feedback loops.

• Capability to organize code and documentation for optimal agent usage.

• Comfortable working across backend boundaries, including SQL queries, endpoint validation, and API-layer troubleshooting.

• Intermediate English proficiency (B1+).

• Fluent in Russian.
