Senior Software Engineer – Front-End

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and offer insights on product specifications

• Develop features and functionality using clean and sustainable code

• Maintain software quality through thorough functional testing and automated unit tests

• Address production challenges and provide solutions and suggestions for enhancements

• Develop and improve investment and financial products

• Collaborate across the stack, from UI and API development to integrations with financial institutions and partners, focusing primarily on front-end development

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software development, with a solid background in front-end development

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent hands-on experience

• Extensive experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React

• Familiarity with Storybook

• Strong foundational knowledge of relational databases, including PostgreSQL and MySQL

• Proven track record in designing and developing scalable, high-performance web applications

• Comprehensive understanding of software architecture and design patterns

• Demonstrated experience in building frontend services that meet high availability and scalability standards

• Capability to model and design user-friendly and scalable schemas

• Experience with agile/scrum development methodologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Enthusiasm for technology and a commitment to continuous learning

• Drive to utilize new AI tools and technologies

• Knowledge of AWS cloud platforms and DevOps practices is advantageous
