Senior Front End Software Engineer, Autofill

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become a specialist and authority on Bitwarden’s browser extension autofill and form change detection.

• Create and manage a comprehensive suite of browser UI automation tests.

• Enhance the autofill and form detection experience as new user interface patterns arise.

• Engage in code reviews, fostering learning and disseminating technical knowledge.

• Occasionally assist with bug fixes submitted by the user community.

• Advance through the stages of introductory, recruiting manager, hiring manager, team member, and reference-call interviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in North America.

• Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Profound understanding of browser UI behavior, including DOM manipulation and content scripts.

• Proficiency in vanilla JavaScript and a modern framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.

• Familiarity with browser extension development.

• Experience in documenting intricate technical solutions and sharing knowledge with Engineering team members.

• Competence with source control systems such as Git, SVN, Subversion, or TFS.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
