Front End Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance and develop core SalonBiz products utilizing Angular, JavaScript, and PL/SQL, with an emphasis on the frontend stack.

• Produce high-quality, secure software while effectively managing the balance between new feature development, bug fixes, and technical enhancements.

• Operate in an agile and iterative manner, segmenting larger projects into manageable releases and experiments.

• Engage in the entire software development lifecycle, including managing release pipelines, monitoring, feature flagging, and deployments.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Product Design, and QA teams to address challenges and achieve customer objectives.

• Contribute to technical planning and continuously refine software delivery processes.

• Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in software engineering within agile teams.

• Proficient hands-on experience with Angular and JavaScript; Angular is a must.

• Strong grasp of agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern delivery techniques, including iterative delivery, feature flagging, and partial deployments.

• Collaborative mindset when working alongside Product and Engineering teams.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to simplify complex technical concepts.

• Experience in collaborative programming, as well as coaching and mentoring fellow engineers.

• Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.

• Familiarity with React or other contemporary frontend frameworks is advantageous.
