Senior Front-End Developer, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and uphold high-performance, scalable mobile applications utilizing React Native and TypeScript.

• Collaborate with Product Design/UX teams to convert complex interfaces and workflows into intuitive, seamless, and accessible user experiences.

• Maintain code quality through automated testing (unit, integration, and E2E), code reviews (PR reviews), and ensuring adequate test coverage.

• Monitor production performance metrics (startup time, rendering, memory usage, and crashes) and address any bottlenecks.

• Assist with CI/CD, deployments, versioning, and release pipelines for the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).

• Advocate for clean code and architecture standards while supporting the technical growth of mid-level and junior developers within the squad.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience with React Native in cross-platform mobile development, particularly on medium- to large-scale projects.

• Proficient in TypeScript, emphasizing strict typing within the React ecosystem.

• Knowledge of state management and caching techniques: Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query/TanStack Query, or Context API.

• Ability to consume RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, manage secure error handling, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and implement offline-first/caching strategies.

• Understanding of iOS and Android mobile fundamentals: linking native libraries, manifests, permissions, CocoaPods, Gradle, and resolving native dependency conflicts.

• Experience with automated testing using Jest, React Native Testing Library, and similar tools.

• Familiarity with Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and modular componentization (Design Systems).

• Proficient in Git and collaborative workflows (Gitflow, Trunk-based Development).

• Experience in fintech, payment methods, credit, or benefits (preferred).

• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or similar) (preferred).

• Experience in creating and maintaining Design Systems/shared component libraries (preferred).

• Knowledge of native code (Swift/Kotlin) or native bridges (TurboModules, JSI, Fabric/React Native’s New Architecture) (preferred).

• Understanding of mobile security practices (obfuscation, SSL pinning, secure storage, and biometrics) (preferred).
