Staff Fullstack Engineer, TypeScript

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality fullstack web solutions.

• Take ownership of significant product features throughout the entire stack, from design to launch.

• Identify and resolve complex, high-impact challenges.

• Lead projects involving multiple stakeholders and engineers.

• Assist in establishing the technical direction that influences the engineering team.

• Collaborate with product managers, Customer Success, and clients to define project scopes and create solutions.

• Develop the Northbeam dashboard for essential marketing analytics.

• Implement features from conception to production-ready solutions.

• Enhance the web application for quick development and rendering times.

• Contribute to the creation of standardized technical documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Work alongside engineers and domain experts to build scalable components while ensuring platform reliability and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing both frontend and backend systems using TypeScript.

• More than 3 years of experience with modern component-based libraries like React.

• Experience in creating API services utilizing REST and GraphQL.

• Proficient in SQL and BigQuery.

• Ability to produce production-ready code with strong autonomy and minimal oversight.

• Capability to drive rapid development while maintaining code quality.

• A strong passion for continuous learning and professional development.

• Demonstrated interest and ability to mentor fellow engineers on the team.

• Proficiency in Python (preferred).

• Experience in building design systems (preferred).

• Familiarity with optimizing frontends for large datasets and loading times (preferred).

• Experience in data visualization (preferred).

• Background in marketing, e-commerce, or ad-tech (preferred).
