Senior Web Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and enhancement of high-quality software modules for the Cotiviti product suite.

• Investigate and resolve software-related issues reported by internal and external customers.

• Document application specifications, designs, features, and operational procedures prior to production deployment.

• Implement solution enhancements aimed at boosting performance and availability.

• Relay technical and operational matters to engineering and business leadership.

• Ensure compliance with technology standards during system development.

• Seek out innovative improvements to processes and systems.

• Continuously expand knowledge of technologies utilized within the Cotiviti product suite.

• Carry out all relevant aspects of the Cotiviti Software Development Lifecycle.

• Provide mentorship to fellow developers.

• Fulfill performance review responsibilities, special projects, and assigned tasks.

• Collaborate with senior developers, members of the offshore development team, business owners, project management, and other internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of industry experience.

• More than 5 years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Source Control, Telerik, JSON, AJAX, JQuery, Bootstrap, WCF, .NET Framework 3.5-4.8, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL/T-SQL.

• At least 2 years of experience working with Healthcare data.

• Over 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases.

• Expertise in handling large datasets.

• Skills in optimizing and tuning SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Must be capable of providing a dedicated and secure workspace.

• Must ensure high-speed internet access/connectivity and maintain an appropriate office setup.

• Willingness to travel up to 5% per year, as necessary.
