Senior Front-End Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-centric web applications utilizing HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.

• Create reusable front-end components and scalable UI architectures.

• Develop features that enhance the customer experience across ecommerce and business applications.

• Implement responsive designs optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

• Ensure compatibility across various browsers and compliance with modern web standards.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to convert designs into functional interfaces.

• Enhance usability, accessibility, user experience, speed, scalability, SEO performance, and Core Web Vitals.

• Integrate and manage third-party libraries, plugins, analytics tools, and front-end services.

• Validate user input and ensure effective communication with backend APIs and services.

• Evaluate the technical feasibility and performance implications of technologies and integrations.

• Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and development planning activities.

• Troubleshoot front-end issues and implement appropriate solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and AI-assisted coding tools.

• Contribute to front-end architecture decisions while ensuring compliance with UI/UX and web standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of professional front-end software development experience.

• Demonstrated experience in building modern web applications using React and JavaScript.

• Experience in developing responsive, customer-facing digital experiences.

• Familiarity with collaborative software development environments.

• Proficiency with Cursor AI or similar AI coding assistants.

• Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, SASS/LESS, AJAX, and Git.

• Experience with Responsive Web Design.

• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility.

• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Familiarity with SEO best practices.

• Skills in performance optimization.

• Experience in Agile development methodologies.

• Background in developing ecommerce websites and digital commerce platforms.

• Experience with enterprise-scale web applications.

• Knowledge of implementing analytics, tracking tools, and third-party services.

• Understanding of accessibility, web security, and SEO best practices.

• Familiarity with API-driven architectures and backend integrations.

• Associate degree (AS/AA), Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Passion for front-end development and modern web technologies.

• Ability to balance user experience, performance, and maintainability.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
