
Senior Franchise Operations Support Manager – Individual Contributor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Act as the main daily business owner for designated International Operations support programs, tools, and third-party collaborations.
• Oversee vendor relationships, recurring business evaluations, performance discussions, issue resolution, roadmap follow-ups, billing coordination, invoicing processes, stakeholder updates, and action tracking.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic vendor assessments, contract renewals, and significant business planning discussions.
• Work together with International Operations leaders, Franchise Business Managers, regional teams, franchisees, vendors, and cross-functional business partners.
• Coordinate across various markets, pinpoint standardization opportunities, suggest market-specific adaptations, and strengthen brand consistency.
• Discover opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, eliminate duplicated efforts, streamline processes, and boost program value.
• Assess emerging tools, technologies, feedback themes, and industry practices.
• Support pilot programs, testing initiatives, and new program launches through careful planning, execution, measurement, and transition to ongoing ownership.
• Create and maintain reporting, scorecards, dashboards, implementation trackers, and executive-ready summaries.
• Analyze operational, customer, financial, and program performance data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist in vendor evaluations and operational initiatives through data analysis, scenario modeling, and performance measurement.
• Clearly present findings and recommendations to leadership audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, Project Management, Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in restaurant operations, franchising, multi-unit operations, business analysis, project management, consulting, vendor management, or related fields.
• Preferred experience working within a franchisor organization.
• Strong preference for QSR or restaurant operations experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects or programs with defined scopes, timelines, stakeholder groups, risks, and success metrics.
• Experience collaborating with vendors, service providers, external business partners, or cross-functional support teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to convert operational data, field feedback, vendor insights, and business performance indicators into actionable recommendations.
• Preferred experience with business intelligence, reporting, or data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, or similar platforms.
• Highly desirable working knowledge of SQL, database structures, data querying methods, or data modeling concepts.
• Ability to organize, analyze, and model data effectively.
• Experience in developing dashboards, scorecards, business cases, forecasts, or analytical models is a plus.
• Capability to influence cross-functional partners, field teams, franchisees, and vendors in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and resources for reporting and program tracking.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%–20%, including domestic and occasional international travel.
