
Senior FP&A Analyst / Finance Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly/rolling forecasts in collaboration with department leaders.
• Develop and maintain financial models for Profit & Loss, headcount, operating expenses, and cash flow.
• Monitor budget versus actual variances and provide detailed explanations.
• Serve as the finance liaison for Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
• Enhance visibility into sales pipeline conversion rates, coverage, and weighted forecasts.
• Evaluate channel and partner profitability, including margins and incentive costs relative to returns.
• Prepare management reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Assist in the creation of materials for board meetings and investors.
• Develop essential SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, gross margin, and burn multiple.
• Integrate data from CRM, billing, and finance systems for ongoing and ad hoc analysis.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives like pricing adjustments and entering new markets.
• Enhance FP&A tools and automate reporting processes.
• Ensure alignment with the Controller regarding actuals versus forecasts.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, and FP&A, with substantial exposure to B2B commercial settings.
• Practical experience in planning, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• Proven history of collaboration with commercial teams.
• Ability to convey financial insights in a clear and constructive manner.
• Comfortable challenging stakeholders when backed by financial analysis.
• Proficient in Excel and possess a strong understanding of business operations.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• CIMA or ACCA certification, or in the process of obtaining one (preferred).
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM data (preferred).
• Experience in a SaaS or software company (preferred).
