This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.
• Establish financial partnerships with stakeholders throughout the organization, including Go-to-Market (GTM) and Operations.
• Provide guidance to senior leadership on resource distribution, commercial strategies, and investment optimization related to Marketing and Product decisions.
• Analyze metrics such as GMV, take rate, CAC, LTV, NRR, and churn to generate actionable insights.
• Identify and communicate significant business risks and opportunities.
• Assist in developing business cases for pricing strategies, market or product expansions, and new launches.
• Aid in board-level reporting and strategic narratives alongside the Director of FP&A and VP of Finance.
• Refine planning models that link financial objectives with operational execution.
• Create and present management reports and decision-driven dashboards.
• Cultivate expertise in transaction-based revenue across various customer segments, regions, and products.
• Spot opportunities for optimizing unit economics and enhancing capital efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of KPI frameworks and commercial acumen.
• Represent FP&A in cross-functional initiatives and advocate for data-driven decision-making.
• Possess commercial insight and strategic thinking, with the ability to link financial data to business results.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills and the capability to convey complex financial concepts in accessible terms for non-financial audiences.
• Skilled in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Ideally experienced in SaaS, payments, or transaction-driven business models.
• Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity in fast-paced growth environments.
• Familiarity with evolving tools; Paddle is in the process of re-implementing Pigment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong executive presence.
• Capable of confidently presenting to C-level executives.
• Passionate about mentoring others and enhancing team capabilities.
