
Senior Forecasting Analyst – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the quarterly revenue forecasting process.
• Assist in the long-range planning (LRP) cycle across various regions.
• Create and incorporate commercial analytics.
• Recognize trends and convert them into forecast assumptions.
• Construct logical, scalable models in Excel.
• Illustrate the effects of changes throughout the business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate market dynamics and cross-functional expertise into demand forecasts.
• Work alongside pricing, finance, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Present forecast assumptions and results to senior leadership through presentations and visualizations.
• Conduct mid-quarter variance analysis and pinpoint key drivers for leadership.
• Assist sales operations with setting incentive goals.
• Support supply chain with inputs for manufacturing and planning.
• Serve as a strategic partner for commercial leaders regarding forecasting.
• Discover opportunities to utilize data for informed decision-making and process improvements.
• Influence the advancement of forecasting processes and methodologies.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A, Management Consulting, Demand Planning, or a similar analytical or commercial role.
• Proficiency in VBA or programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python is required.
• Experience with large data sets using Google BigQuery and Amazon Redshift.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build and maintain logical, scalable models.
• Strong analytical abilities and a solid understanding of business principles.
• Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in additional languages (German, Spanish, French, etc.) is advantageous.
• A collaborative attitude with the capability to work across different functions.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines while under pressure.
• Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree along with 5–8 years of related experience.
