This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take charge of the quarterly revenue forecasting process.
• Assist in the long-range planning cycle across various regions.
• Create and integrate commercial analytics.
• Recognize trends and convert them into forecast assumptions.
• Develop logical, scalable models using Excel.
• Visualize the effects of business changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate market dynamics and cross-functional insights into demand forecasts.
• Work alongside pricing, finance, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure forecasts align with strategic objectives.
• Present forecast assumptions and results to senior leadership using presentations and visualizations.
• Conduct mid-quarter variance analysis and pinpoint key drivers for leadership.
• Assist sales operations in setting incentive goals.
• Provide support to supply chain with manufacturing and planning inputs.
• Serve as a strategic forecasting partner to commercial leaders.
• Identify opportunities to utilize data for decision-making and process enhancement.
• Influence the advancement of forecasting processes and methodologies.
• Over 3 years of experience in FP&A, Management Consulting, Demand Planning, or a comparable analytical or commercial role.
• Proficiency in VBA or programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python is crucial.
• Experience in accessing large datasets using Google BigQuery and Amazon Redshift.
• Advanced Excel capabilities with experience in building and maintaining logical, scalable models.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and a strong business mindset.
• Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in additional languages like German, Spanish, or French is advantageous.
• A collaborative, cross-functional working style.
• Capability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5–8 years of related experience.
