Senior Financial Planning Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and prepare the yearly budget.

• Track the monthly budget, key performance indicators (KPIs), financial forecasts, and financial reports.

• Present financial outcomes (profit and loss and cash flow) and clarify discrepancies from the budget.

• Create management control instruments, which include KPIs and monthly closing statements.

• Assess, redefine, and automate the processes of the planning team.

• Analyze and authorize the projected profitability of projects and investments.

• Formulate proposals aimed at enhancing financial returns.

• Contribute to the development, implementation, and improvement of management systems.

• Encourage the utilization of management systems across different teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Specialization in corporate finance, management control, financial planning, consulting, or budgeting.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial modeling, KPI management, budgeting, and related areas.

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Intermediate proficiency in English.

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, Power BI, or Power Query is advantageous.

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is beneficial.

• Strong planning and organizational abilities.

• Proficient analytical thinking.

• Capacity to perform under pressure.

• Effective problem-solving skills.
