FP&A Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business leaders to transform strategic priorities into actionable financial plans, forecasts, and recommendations.

• Oversee annual planning cycles and quarterly forecasting activities.

• Assist teams in prioritizing investments, managing resources, and achieving company objectives.

• Provide reporting and insights regarding performance, opportunities, and risks.

• Facilitate executive performance management through KPI reporting and financial analysis.

• Work collaboratively across Finance, Accounting, People, Data, Strategy & Operations, and other departments.

• Create models, business cases, and scenario analyses.

• Identify and execute reporting automation and workflow enhancements.

• Utilize AI-enabled tools to boost efficiency and insights.

• Simplify complex financial information into clear recommendations.

• Contribute to the advancement of a modern, scalable FP&A function.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience collaborating with business leaders in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, accounting, or related financial fields.

• Comprehensive understanding of budgeting, forecasting, operating expense management, financial statements, variance analysis, and workforce planning.

• Demonstrated ability to build financial models that facilitate decision-making and strategic planning.

• Experience in SaaS, marketplace, subscription, technology, or other high-growth sectors.

• Proficient in planning, reporting, and analytics platforms such as Pigment, NetSuite, Workday, Power BI, Excel, or comparable technologies.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, enhancing processes, and achieving practical results despite imperfect data.

• Capability to convert complex financial information into straightforward business recommendations.

• A collaborative mindset that fosters trust and credibility with various stakeholder groups.

• Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

• Valid authorization to work in the United States.
