
Senior Financial Analyst – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide support to the operations team, encompassing fulfillment, supply chain, and logistics.
• Take ownership of financial reporting and analysis concerning operational cost frameworks.
• Assist in forecasting, planning, and strategic decision-making processes.
• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses for operations and senior leadership.
• Develop and sustain financial models to forecast fulfillment, labor, freight, and warehousing expenses.
• Evaluate throughput, cost per unit, labor efficiency, inventory turnover, and days of supply KPIs.
• Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to assess cost drivers and process performance at both aggregate and facility/SKU levels.
• Model the financial implications of process modifications and capital/expenditure trade-offs.
• Oversee the continuous monitoring of initiative performance.
• Participate in strategic projects aimed at cost optimization and operational efficiency.
• Engage in annual planning, monthly business reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical domain.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field.
• Proficient in Excel with a strong capability in complex financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical abilities to manipulate and interpret extensive datasets for actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills with the capacity to collaborate across various functions.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel quarterly to fulfillment centers.
• Experience with SQL or BI tools (Domo, Tableau, etc.) is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP/planning/forecasting/reporting tools (NetSuite, Adaptive, etc.) is strongly preferred.
• Background in e-commerce, retail, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is advantageous.
