Senior Financial Analyst, Finance & Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support for both the core acquisition business and the Education division.

• Take ownership of models related to headcount planning, representative productivity, compensation, and acquisition forecasting.

• Manage models concerning Education order volume, physical product costs, inventory, margin per unit, and ARR.

• Ensure models are clean, current, and well-organized.

• Collaborate with the Analytics team to create foundational datasets, definitions, and context layers.

• Develop automated workflows utilizing AI coding tools for model updates, data extraction, and regular analyses.

• Extract and validate data using SQL and Redshift.

• Create and maintain self-service dashboards for both business sectors.

• Proactively identify issues related to data quality, methodology gaps, and reporting inconsistencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Strategic Finance, investment banking, or a related field.

• Proficient in reading, analyzing, and diagnosing SQL queries.

• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar, utilized as a primary problem-solving approach.

• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Experience in managing a recurring financial or operational report from start to finish.

• Proven ability to maintain clean and up-to-date models or datasets with reusable definitions and structures.

• Capable of operating in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions beyond finance teams.
