Senior Financial Analyst – Collections

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Carry out collection and credit management tasks

• Generate invoices and tax documents

• Finalize monthly turnover periods

• Manage U.S. banking operations

• Utilize financial software such as NetSuite or equivalent platforms

• Employ advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and operational tasks

• Negotiate and resolve issues related to collections

• Achieve performance targets and meet deadlines in a high-paced setting

• Assist accounting, legal, and consulting functions in global markets

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related discipline; candidates currently enrolled in one of these fields are also encouraged to apply

• Experience in generating invoices and tax documents

• Minimum of 5 years in collections or credit management, including at least 2 years in a senior analyst position

• Practical experience with month-end closing and turnover period processes

• Strong focus on results and dedication to meeting deadlines

• Detail-oriented with an analytical approach

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Proactive and independent in task execution

• Advanced Excel proficiency

• Strong skills in negotiation, leadership, and conflict resolution

• Familiarity with financial systems like NetSuite or similar platforms

• Understanding of U.S. banking procedures

• Proficient in English at an advanced level
