This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Deliver financial insights and strategic guidance.
• Assist in the formulation, upkeep, and analysis of organizational budgets, forecasts, cost data, and operational strategies.
• Aid in cost-reduction efforts and promote process enhancements.
• Ensure financial governance and oversight across the organization.
• Collaborate with healthcare operations teams, including Clinical and Business Leadership, to evaluate analysis requirements and align with organizational goals.
• Develop, monitor, and report on significant metrics and key performance indicators.
• Prepare financial models for company leadership and business partners across the organization.
• Create and uphold financial models that support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Guarantee that financial data in deliverables is precise, timely, and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Analyze various data sources to pinpoint trends, patterns, and opportunities for financial performance improvement.
• Design dashboards and visual representations that present complex data in a user-friendly format.
• Complete various ad hoc finance-related projects.
• Implement best practices to enhance financial reporting and analysis processes.
• Collaborate on FP&A projects, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Monitor financial and operational risks while ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Mentor and assist less experienced financial analysts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics, or statistics is acceptable.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in data analysis, model building, and results presentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a sharp attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel is essential.
• Advanced skills in extracting, managing, organizing, and analyzing data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Proven knowledge of business sectors; experience in health care services is preferred.
• Self-motivated and proactive; capable of working with moderate supervision and independently.
• Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
• Capability to work remotely while collaborating with teams.
