Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute daily financial and bank reconciliation tasks involving a significant volume of transactions.

• Manage settlements for partners and customers, ensuring adherence to deadlines and service level agreements across both pay-in and payout processes.

• Detect, examine, and resolve discrepancies and breaks in reconciliations between operational systems and bank statements.

• Document repetitive financial processes and create automation solutions using Advanced Excel, VBA, and Macros.

• Aid in the development and upkeep of Power BI dashboards for monitoring volume and operational metrics.

• Collaborate with the Senior Analyst and leadership team to organize structured databases for reporting and month-end closing activities.

• Ensure traceability of transactions in operating and suspense accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Strong hands-on experience with financial settlements and bank/financial reconciliation processes involving high transaction volumes.

• Proficient in Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and managing large datasets.

• Intermediate skills in VBA and Macro development, including establishing and maintaining routine automations.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI for data extraction and modeling purposes.

• Prior experience in payment institutions, acquiring companies, or fintech organizations is highly advantageous.

• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in English and/or Spanish.

• Familiarity with the SAP Business One ERP system is a plus.
