Manager, Payment Integrity – Financial Performance Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage the upkeep of precise financial documentation

• Compile monthly financial statements and various analytical reports

• Supervise routine financial assessments and execute intricate financial analyses

• Cultivate a solid understanding of financial reporting, risk management, contracting, benefit analysis, and other financial operations

• Ensure that reports are generated promptly and accurately

• Create and scrutinize complex financial and statistical reports

• Produce and evaluate ad-hoc reports concerning the quality, cost, and efficiency of healthcare services

• Collect and prepare analyses based on information from diverse sources and financial documents

• Provide financial and business insights as necessary

• Identify suitable actions and present recommendations to senior management

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of healthcare practices and protocols

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned

• Adhere to all policies and standards

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Experience with a focus on the healthcare or insurance sector

• Capability to maintain precise financial records

• Proficient in preparing monthly financial statements and analytical reports

• Skilled in conducting complex financial and statistical analyses

• Ability to compile and evaluate information from various sources

• Competence in determining suitable actions and presenting them to senior management

• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare practices and protocols
