Senior Digital Consulting Manager, Oracle Cloud Financials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete solution design for Oracle ERP Financials, ensuring it is scalable, compliant, and high-performing.

• Create intricate solution architectures for Oracle Cloud modules such as GL, AR, Assets, Cash Lease Accounting, AP, and Projects.

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to convert requirements into future-state designs.

• Lead interactions with senior clients.

• Carry out or supervise configuration, testing, and training/end-user support.

• Work alongside integration, reporting, and data teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end design.

• Establish standards, templates, and best practices for ERP implementations.

• Oversee projects and engagements from pursuit to delivery phases.

• Conduct thorough data analysis to provide impactful recommendations.

• Contribute to practice development and mentor Huron staff.

• Complete administrative tasks related to projects and the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with Oracle Financials, with a strong emphasis on Oracle Cloud ERP.

• Lead the design and architecture of solutions across various finance processes and modules.

• In-depth knowledge of integrations, reporting, and data migration within Oracle ERP environments.

• Capability to manage complex global designs, including multi-GAAP, multi-COA, and multi-currency considerations.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

• A consulting background is highly preferred.

• Oracle certifications are advantageous.

• Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio is a plus.

• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

• Interpersonal skills to swiftly build relationships based on trust and collaboration.

• Ability to train and contribute to the professional growth of Huron staff in project management and technical areas.

• Proven capability to contribute to multiple projects of varying scales and durations.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as necessary to collaborate with clients or internal project teams.
