Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner to client Program Managers by establishing scalable reporting procedures and fostering accountability for actual outcomes.

• Contribute to the development of an ongoing forecasting discipline while enhancing KPIs and overall business performance.

• Provide support for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning initiatives.

• Create and refine financial presentations intended for leadership and board-level reporting.

• Generate monthly financial reports, conduct variance analyses, and offer performance insights.

• Assist with accruals, journal entries, and other tasks related to month-end closing processes.

• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure financial data aligns with business drivers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Over 4 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within a high-growth or technology-driven environment.

• CPA certification is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling techniques.

• Familiarity with financial systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or Claude is a plus.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Keen attention to detail and a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
