Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver senior-level program leadership and strategic oversight for the NAVFAC Audit Integration program.

• Assist the Department of the Navy in achieving accelerated audit objectives at the NAVFAC/CNIC BSO level.

• Provide the NAVFAC client with strategic planning for audit remediation within a tight timeframe.

• Ensure cohesive communication across the BSO at both the operational level and with senior leadership.

• Oversee enterprise-level strategic initiatives and detailed program execution activities related to audits.

• Direct and manage executive-level presentations on program execution status, audit readiness risks, mitigation strategies, and opportunities for audit enhancement.

• Work collaboratively with staff at all levels and senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Secret clearance; Interim Secret clearance is permissible.

• Bachelor's degree in a Business/Management discipline or an equivalent qualification.

• Five (5) to ten (10) years of substantial experience in leading complex federal organizations and programs.

• Proven expertise in audit, accounting, financial management, change management, governance, policy formulation, program execution, and engagement with executive stakeholders.

• Ability to fulfill program requirements while managing competing priorities, budgetary constraints, and workforce needs.

• Capability to lead and manage executive-level presentations on current program execution status, identifying and emphasizing audit readiness risks, mitigation strategies, and opportunities for audit improvement.

• Experience with DoD/federal audits and internal controls is preferred.
