Senior Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Assist in the enhancement and support of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functionalities within Workday Adaptive Planning.

• Create and sustain sophisticated financial models, dashboards, and reports.

• Facilitate strategic decision-making and improve operational performance.

• Collaborate with Finance leadership on comprehensive, bottom-up budget and forecast development across the practice.

• Evaluate financial outcomes and KPIs to deliver actionable insights and enhance forecasting precision.

• Act as a vital resource for Adaptive Planning modeling, reporting, and FP&A projects.

• Acquire extensive knowledge of Radiology Partners' business operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial models, assumptions, and reporting frameworks.

• Highly analytical with the capability to utilize data to address business challenges and aid decision-making.

• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Capacity to swiftly learn and implement new systems and technical tools.

• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is strongly preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Preferred 2–5+ years of experience in finance or FP&A.

• Participation in E-verify.
