This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Take ownership of designated components in the annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Develop financial models, schedules, assumptions, and comprehensive analysis.
• Evaluate actual outcomes against budget and forecast, pinpoint variance drivers, and elucidate financial performance.
• Manage forecast inputs and discover opportunities to enhance forecast precision and planning methodologies.
• Construct scenario, sensitivity, and ROI analyses to aid business decisions and assess risks and opportunities.
• Generate regular financial and operational reports along with supporting analysis.
• Assess enterprise and designated business KPIs, such as revenue, margin, EBITDA, cash flow, and operational metrics.
• Detect trends, risks, and opportunities while conveying actionable insights.
• Act as the FP&A partner for specific functional or operational sectors.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend operational drivers, financial performance, and business requirements.
• Oversee or assist in business-unit P&L and contribution-margin evaluations.
• Adhere to FP&A planning, reporting, reconciliation, and governance protocols.
• Assist in the implementation, testing, reporting design, and process enhancement of ERP and FP&A systems.
• Streamline recurring analyses and enhance reporting efficiency and scalability.
• Support the maintenance of consistent financial definitions, model frameworks, and reporting standards.
• A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a relevant field.
• Over 4 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or a similar position.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and adeptness in managing large and complex datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for transforming data into clear business and financial insights.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to precise, reconciled financial analysis.
• Capable of effective communication and fostering productive relationships with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP systems and FP&A/planning platforms; familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning is highly preferred.
• Background in business intelligence, data visualization, or financial reporting tools is advantageous.
