Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee treasury operations, which encompass daily cash monitoring, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking activities.

• Supervise the complete Accounts Payable process, from verifying documents to tracking both domestic and international payments.

• Conduct bank and financial reconciliations.

• Direct the monthly financial close, which includes analyses, balance validations, and support for the Controllership team.

• Collaborate with external accounting partners to ensure accurate transaction recording and the integrity of financial statements.

• Generate management reports detailing cash flow, financial status, and key performance indicators.

• Assist external audits by preparing necessary documentation, evidence, and technical clarifications.

• Drive initiatives for financial process automation and standardization by identifying gaps and enhancing internal controls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or an equivalent field.

• Substantial experience in Treasury and Controllership.

• Proficiency in cash flow management, Accounts Payable, reconciliations, financial closing processes, and financial statement preparation.

• Proficient in English.

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Possess an analytical, organized, and solution-focused mindset.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.

• Preferred: experience in fintechs, financial institutions, or technology companies.

• Preferred: familiarity with financial ERPs and automation tools.
