Senior Finance SME – Stabilization, Optimization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of financial records, reports, management controls, policies, and practices that influence or reflect financial status and operational outcomes.

• Assist new accounts in achieving stability and ensuring adherence to FRMC Guidelines and JLL policies.

• Verify that procedures align with contractual obligations.

• Extract financial data from specified tools and offer analytical support.

• Review and confirm the accuracy of work completed by accountants.

• Analyze MSAs and SOW documents to ensure accounts comply with contract terms and conditions.

• Grasp accounting processes for various types of contracts and their implications for financials.

• Examine and interpret data to draw conclusions and communicate findings effectively.

• Share data insights with internal stakeholders.

• Maintain effective communication with supervisors, members of the Client Finance team, and FRMC team members.

• Assist account teams in stabilizing processes and identifying areas of concern.

• Evaluate MSA and SOW standards, making informed decisions based on those evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of accounting experience.

• Demonstrated experience in reviewing multiple client accounts.

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in Excel.

• In-depth understanding of accounting processes to effectively validate the work of others.

• Ability to collaborate with finance leaders and internal team members.

• Capability to independently lead calls with clients and stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Consistent demonstration of values, principles, and work ethic.

• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applications.

• Quick learner of systems and processes.

• Experience with JD Edwards is a plus.
